I can't find or didn't receive my download link for my purchase.

This often happens if the e-mail address is misspelled at checkout. Please send a message via the Contact Form so we can double-check the issue for you and ensure that your files are delivered to you.

I received a PDF file after I purchased. What now?

Your PDF contains the links to any templates you ordered as well as tutorial videos. If you ordered a Canva template, your link will open up to a screen with a purple Use Template button. If you ordered a Google Sheets template, click the link in your PDF, then click make a copy. Still need help? Contact us.

What do I need to use Canva Templates?

All you need is a free Canva account to use all Canva-based templates. You can sign up for a free canva account HERE

Do I need to pay for Canva Pro to use the templates?

No. You can sign up for a 30-day free trial of Canva Pro by clicking HERE

How do I edit and customize my Itemized Receipt Template (Google Sheets version)?

Can I use the templates on a smartphone?

Yes, you can use both Google Sheets and Canva templates on a smartphone. However, we've found that it is easier to use a laptop or tablet for the best view. You may also print out all templates on standard 8x11 printer paper. Your template purchase will come with instructions for downloading and printing.

What are the tech requirements for creating my own Online Price Estimator?

To create your customized online pricing tool, you will need:

  • a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, iPad, or smartphone*
  • Canva Free or Canva Pro Account
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro (7 day free trial)
  • a website with editing capabilities (highly recommended but not mandatory)

*smartphones are not recommended for designing or editing
